Who we are

Neural Studio is a software product of Neural Studio Solutions LLC, Wyoming, USA. For privacy questions, use the contact details on our homepage.

This public website

The website presents our product and lets you contact us by email. It does not accept file uploads, create user accounts or collect payments. This version includes no analytics scripts, advertising trackers or embedded third-party media.

The website is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical request information such as IP address, requested page, browser information and access time to deliver and protect the website.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use that information to answer your enquiry and discuss possible beta access. Please do not send sensitive information or private reference images in an initial enquiry.

Private-beta media

The beta product is separate from this marketing website. If you are invited to use it, media and instructions may be processed by the infrastructure and inference providers needed to run the requested workflow. You must have the rights and consent needed for media you submit.

Before accepting beta uploads, we will provide the applicable processing information, including provider use, retention and deletion arrangements. This notice does not promise a retention period or a model-training policy that has not yet been established.

Service providers and requests

Hosting and email providers may process information as needed to operate the website and handle enquiries. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have supplied. We will review requests under the requirements that apply to us.
